**About the role**

The primary responsibility of the Qualitative Client Manager is to provide day to day support to Directors across a range of accounts and create a meaningful impact on our client’s businesses. The role includes Designing Interview Guides, Conducting In-depth Interviews and Moderating Focus groups, presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing Client Relationships
- Delivering Analysis to Generate Insights
- Have an irrepressible instinct and a strong ability to make the complex simple and tell powerful stories that make sense of the world in ways that will move clients to share and act.
- Have to connect the dots that will solve the big questions for our clients and get a real thrill from building and delivering strategic research recommendations.
- Be a brilliant communicator that is able to articulate insights (both in writing and in-person / presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or exceed expectations
- Have strong commercial acumen that ensures they deliver profitable jobs that meet or exceed client expectations
- Role model behaviours that inspire more junior team members

- Brand and advertising knowledge and a passion for these areas
- Degree qualified
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
