Ndis Office Administrator

Enlighten Caring is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Office Administrator to join our team at our Campsie office. As a Registered NDIS Provider, Enlighten Caring is committed to providing high quality and individualised supports to people with disabilities.
In this role you will be:
- Communicate with clients, other providers, staff and stakeholders
- Assist office staff with administrative duties and other related tasks
- Assist in preparing and completing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, forms and other related documents
- Assist with scheduling, rostering and invoicing.
- Manage record keeping practices to generate and store organisational information confidentially
- Assist with planning for disability support delivery including organising events or outings
- And other day to day activities in the office
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A passion to help others and a kind compassionate character
- A qualification in a related field (Diploma in Disability or above or other relevant education)
- A deep understanding of NDIS and the community health sectors
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent English interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisation and problem solving skills
- Competency with common computer programs
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in office environment or NDIS services is desirable
- Korean language skills are desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Rights to work in Australia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
