The successful applicant must be an all-rounder with:

- Ability to adhere to OH&S guidelines
- A great attitude and work ethic
- Skills in Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, Painting and Gardening.
- The ability to think quickly and fix problems independently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Neat and professional presentation
- Be responsible for stock inventory.
- The ability to work unsupervised and get on with the job.

To be considered for this position you must show you have had experience in a similar role and have a current police check.

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Use of power tools and equipment
- Repairs of equipment
- Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Cleaning
- Minor building repairs
- General building maintenance
- Maintain an organised workshop

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Kilda VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
