**Protech** is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Chipping Norton to recruit **Assemblers/General Hands** for ongoing casual roles. If you're looking for stable work, a great team environment, and the chance to grow your skills, this is the opportunity for you

**About the Role**:

- **Start Immediately**:

- **Day Shift - 7:00 AM Start**:

- **Casual Ongoing Employment**:

- **Pay Rate: $36.91/hr after 3 months**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line
- Operate hand and power tools for various tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues
- Ensure product quality throughout the process

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply)
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
