Protech is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Chipping Norton to recruit Assemblers/General Hands for ongoing casual roles. If you're looking for stable work, a great team environment, and the chance to grow your skills, this is the opportunity for you

About the Role:

  • Start Immediately
  • Day Shift – 7:00 AM Start
  • Casual Ongoing Employment
  • Pay Rate: $36.91/hr after 3 months

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line
  • Operate hand and power tools for various tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues
  • Ensure product quality throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environments
  • Full working rights in Australia (Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
