**Salary**: $450K Package
- Build maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influence them to be data led by varying your approach to communications depending on their level of data proficiency.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to quickly understand strategic and commercial goals, relate them to data, perform analysis, extract key insights, then present that insight along with recommendations in a compelling and engaging format.
- With agile and innovative thinking, you’ll be able to think creatively with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and idea generation.
- Experience. understand and or passion within the Data Engineering, Analytics & Insights arena. you’ll be curious about the business through a data lens and be keen to promote the adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Initiative and good self-management skills, able to prioritise and work collaboratively as a valuable member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for your own development along with adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, credible and articulate, with good presentation/visualisation and relationship building skills. Able to build trust with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and make impactful recommendations.
- The proactive and positive mindset that embraces change in a fast-moving environment and industry.
- A clear desire to drive value from data and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
