**About the role**:
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and developing senior technology leaders on how to lead and support their teams through transformation and how to implement and sustain agile practices & principles in cross functional teams. You will engage technology & business leaders within different portfolios on how to promote business strategies and solutions which drive an agile culture, ensuring faster, better, cost effective delivery of quality solutions.

As a seasoned Agile practitioner, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of strategic and tactical business acumen and industry knowledge in order to facilitate solution development, taking into account expertise in Agile and other related disciplines.

**About you and your skills**:

- Extensive commercial experience in Agile or other related disciplines (Lean Software Development, Customer Based Design).
- Strong professional foundation as an Agile Coach, working across a large enterprise
- Exposure to large scale agile transformations within an enterprise and experience coaching/mentoring senior leaders through this change
- Breadth of experience working Agile and scaling Agile beyond the squads, to create an effective system of work at a crew, portfolio or whole of organisation level.
- Facilitation experience with Agile Training Workshops, Design Workshops, Agile Group Planning
- Coaching (IECL, ICF or ORSC) training or certification (not mandatory, but highly valued)
