**Client Services Administrator - 3 days per week per week permanent, part-time**
Join our team at Mortgage Pass, a leading boutique finance broker firm, dedicated to delivering exceptional finance services. We cater to both individuals and businesses, offering a comprehensive finance solutions with a client-centric approach.
**Your New Role**
Working closely with a dynamic team of professionals, your responsibilities will include:
- Extensive coordination of diary management setting up client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up.
- Answering calls
- Assisting in the preparation of client financial documentation
- Organising weekly team meetings.
- Maintaining client records and updating client files in our CRM system (SalesTrekker).
- General administration tasks and providing support to the broader administration team as needed.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in administration within an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general office technology
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach in the workplace.
- Prior experience in a financial services firm will be highly regarded.
**Where you will be based**
This is a 3-day permanent, part-time role with an option to work from home, part-time role based in the Mortgage Pass office in Merrylands.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
