**The Role**
We are currently seeking a committed and reliable **Support Worker** to join our growing team for **active night and sleepover shifts**. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is calm under pressure, attentive, and motivated to make a real difference — even through the quiet hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide overnight support including personal care, repositioning, medication reminders, and responding to client needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment during the night
- Record detailed progress notes and incident reports if necessary
- Support with morning routines if shift transitions into day
- Adhere to individual support plans and NDIS standards
- Promote dignity, independence, and respectful engagement with clients

**About You**:

- Minimum **6 months experience** in a disability, aged care, or similar support role
- Comfortable working overnight (active or sleepover)
- Understanding of person-centred care and complex support needs
- Reliable, empathetic, and professional at all times
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 36 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
