**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team in a full time ongoing role where you will be creating An exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team in a part time capacity (0.6FTE) You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing retention through deep analysis of usage behaviour data and user feedback.

You will be involved in customer growth and retention, data analysis and quality assurance along with many other areas. You will have exceptional customer focus backed up with strong analytical abilities with experience using and extracting data from Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Heroku/AWS.

Housing Hub moves quickly and you need to be agile, adaptive and welcome change. The potential for growth, learning and progression within Housing Hub is huge as the business grows.

**Location**: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide

The role is an ongoing, part-time role of 0.6 FTE.

**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in technology, design, marketing or a related discipline

**Skills & experience**:

- Experience in delivering and developing positive customer experiences through regular support and engagement activities
- Experience in analysing, developing and improving the digital customer experience
- Skills in User Experience Design (UX), User Interface Design (UI), and usability
- Experience in developing and conducting user focus groups and co-design workshops, reviewing and implementing findings and recommendations
- Experience in customer journey mapping and input into the development of a digital road map
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using and extracting data from Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Heroku/AWS or similar analytics tools and databases
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Adaptable to changing environments
