We are seeking a dedicated **HSEQ Advisor** to join our growing team

In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe, quality and compliant working environment for all employees. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a significant impact on workplace safety and looking to foster continual improvement in an evolving business. Main duties include:

- Monitor workplace activities for compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to ensure adherence to food safety and quality management systems.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to promote safety awareness.
- Lead safety incident investigations and administer injury management.
- Monitor and minimize the organization's environmental impact.
- Provide HSE advice and guidance to employees and management.
- Lead investigations into safety incidents or near misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor's degree or Certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably in the food or aviation industries.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the business;
