The remuneration package is comprised of three key components:

- _Fixed Remuneration_ - salary and superannuation.
- _Performance_ - Based Remuneration - 10% of annual company profits are made available to employees based on individual performance.
- _Wellbeing Remuneration_ - This includes allowances for Private Health Insurance, three additional Company Days provided as paid leave, and access to an Employee Wellbeing Service operated by Professional Psychologists.

In doing so we support the responsible management of water resources through the provision of practical technical expertise in the fields of hydrogeochemistry and hydrogeology. We work across a range of commodity types and geographies, and support projects from baseline assessments, through to operational activities and closure planning.

- Supporting the HGG team, and the broader Green Road group on multidisciplinary assignments, with the delivery of hydrogeology project work. Project work will include a combination of field and office based tasks.
- Traveling for work related activities for domestic and international clients.
- Completing administrative tasks as required.
- Supporting senior staff with proposals and business development activities.
- Undergraduate degree with geoscience foundation (pre-requisite).
- Post-graduate qualification in hydrogeology (pre-requisite).
- 2 years’ experience working as a hydrogeologist (preferably in the consulting sector).
- Good communication skills including proficient verbal and written skills.
- Fieldwork experience including water bore drilling and construction, hydraulic testing, sampling, and liaison with contract laboratories for analysis of water quality samples (fieldwork experience a pre-requisite)
- While not a pre-requisite, experience with the quantitative modelling of groundwater resources would be highly regarded (including experience in the use of tools such as QGIS, MODFLOW, FEFLOW, GoldSim, and PHREEQC).
- Current driver's licence.
- Readiness to travel to remote sites for project engagements.
- Someone that is curious by nature, loves learning new things, and is motivated to contribute to the effective management of water resources in the natural resources industry.

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- hydrogeologist (preferably in the consulting sector): 2 years (required)
