**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a key account administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative, invoicing and customer service support for customers assigned to the Account Management team
**Duties**:

- Assist Account Managers with administrative requirements of managed portfolio of customers.
- Process third party invoice charges as per company procedures.
- Complete weekly pre-invoicing checks to ensure complete revenue capture and final invoice accuracy
- Review un-invoiced consignments and identify resolution process and amend consignment details as required.
- Identify and escalate questionable charges and issues to Account Manager.
- Maintain a reconciliation file to ensure all invoice rejections are monitored and resolved.
- Rectify customer invoicing issues and complaints.
- Add value to customers and the company by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve invoicing accuracy and process efficiency

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualification desirable
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level strategic thinking
- Ability to pass medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
