As Sales Admin Officer, you will take the operational role for Tadpac - a disability social enterprise that provides professional printing, assembly and mail out services. Working with a close team, you will play a crucial role in fostering exceptional customer relationships and experiences, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality products to drive growth and increase Tadpac’s financial performance and social impact. Achieving this will ensure Tadpac continues to provide meaningful employment and a sense of community to people living with disability.

You will focus on:

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for clients
- Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals

In addition to receiving an annual salary of approximately **$69,000** and superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and an ability to **increase your take-home pay** by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

There is also an option for additional **purchased leave** to increase your annual leave entitlements.

**About you**:
You will bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications - Business, Marketing, etc.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital printing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital printing technologies and processes
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Printer choice software
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
