**About the Role**:
**Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- Provide value-added advice on the latest talent trends and innovations
- Establish external partnerships with relevant groups to maximise talent reach
- Utilising pro-active sourcing strategies to build talent pools
- Participate in projects, process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc duties.
**About you**:
**You will be a proactive self-starter with the following**:
- Some exposure to recruitment or HR, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate as required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, work collaboratively with colleagues and autonomously/independently as required
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- A customer-centric approach and focus to provide exceptional customer service
- A pro-active approach and ability to use initiative
- Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise, and manage workloads and expectations
