About the role
Join our IML team in an exciting and immediate opportunity as a Machine Operator This is your chance to grow and develop your career with an industry leader and the world’s largest IML manufacturer.
No prior experience? No problem If you’re mechanically minded, want to take that next step in your career within a global organisation, and are eager to learn, we’ll provide full training to get you up to speed.
Morning shift
**Requirements**:

- Operate machines with accuracy, precision and safety.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments and troubleshooting as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret job tickets to determine cutting requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Maintain equipment including cleaning, lubrication and performing minor repairs as required.
- Record and report daily production activities and any machine issues to the Manager.

About You
- High attention to detail
- Have a Mechanical aptitude and be Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Eligible working rights in Australia
