**Electronic Equipment Repair Technician**

Renewable Mobile AU Pty Ltd are a device management company that refurbishes mobile devices and re-sells to the B2B & B2C markets. We carry spare parts and have a number of skilled technicians that repair and refurbish devices with a sustainable ethos and a goal to stop landfill of electronic waste.

We are seeking an experienced **Electronic Equipment Repair Technician** to join our team at Eagle Farm, QLD. Your everyday responsibilities include:

- Troubleshoot and repair various electronic systems or instruments, including run tests or fault diagnostics on equipment to locate and address problem, order parts if needed, and replace or repair parts;
- Reassemble circuit boards, motor components, or other structures within a system;
- Follow wiring diagrams, drawings, and schematics to ensure that all systems are installed correctly;
- Create prototypes, identifying and avoiding potential issues, and calibrating equipment as needed;
- Upgrade software and run software tests on existing electronic systems, including maintain detailed records of validity tests and upgrades performed;
- Perform routine, regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on various types of electronic equipment to avoid issues and potential down time;
- Keep log of what maintenance tasks were completed on what dates and when certain tasks should be performed again in the future; and
- Regularly update manuals for electronic equipment and maintain parts inventory reports.

To be successful for this position you will need to:

- Hold a Certificate III or higher, OR have at least three (3) years solid work experience in repair of electronic devices, motherboards, phones and accessories;
- Be skilled in the repair of all the latest mobile phones and tablet models;
- Maintain extremely high-quality repair standards;
- Soldering experience is a must;
- Schematics experience is a must;
- Computer repair experience would be highly regarded;
- Comfortable working independently.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
