As a Quality Coordinator, you will join one of the highest-performing team. You will be responsible for coordination, review and assessment of as-built handover packs and field quality and safety audits to determine installation compliance to design.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Extensive ability to read, interpret and understand design drawings and perform comparisons to completed product for compliance.
- 5 years’ experience in site design, telecommunications drafting, or site construction.
- Sound understanding of tower strengthening fabrication and installation challenges
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry, including typical equipment connection methods, installation standards and typical carrier equipment.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

**What will you have to do?**
- Reviewing and assessment of structural upgrade and site build handover packs to determine installation compliance to design.
- Providing recommendations for site acceptance or management of internal non-conformance process.
- Identification and recording of quality, safety or environmental defects in incident management system.
- Identifying and documenting systemic maintenance and customer installation issues.
- Reading and understanding structural and conceptual design drawings and identify departures to design in the final product.
