**Job summary**
Martinus is seeking a Quality Coordinator to be part of the successful delivery of works on the Moorebank Intermodal Development Project.

This position is responsible for facilitating Quality Assurance activity on site, supporting the project team and ensuring implementation and compliance of contract requirements.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit Quality reports
- Ensure that inspection reports are reviewed and that any actions required are initiated
- Actively participate in communication forums with the client
- Monitor and report on Quality system performance
- Liaise with Project Staff on Quality matters
- Ensure non-conformances are reported and corrective/preventative actions are taken
- Attend meetings on Quality issues
- Provide resolution on non-compliance matters
- Develop and enhance relationships with both internal
- Ensure all client requirements are met or exceeded where applicable
- Actively participate in communication forums with the client
- Ensure that all reporting personnel are adhering to the safety requirements of the project
- Promote a culture of compliance and teamwork to all reporting personnel
- Ensure all activities are compliant with standards set by the client, the community and the regulatory framework
- Ensure ITPs, hold and witness points are prepared, managed and closed out across the project
- Close out of non-conformances and finalisation of all quality assurance procedures for the project

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant discipline is desirable
- Extensive experience working across infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative team player and the ability to work effectively in a complex demanding environment
