What can only be described as a beast of a store. My client is currently looking for a Manager In Training to join their flagship
**Bondi Junction** location.
This retailer has had some massive expansion across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. They serve a purpose and take their clients on a real journey. With values that allow their teams to shine. A successful leader in their business will have the ability to adapt, overcome and problem solve, while having the ability to lead with confidence.
**You will bring**:
- The ability to be your team's motivational leader, with the desire for learning new skills
- Experience in working towards store sales targets and KPI’s.
- An understanding of rostering, wage management and performance management.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
**The role**:
- Learning and developing your own and the teams skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and products
- Providing a tailored client experience to every single customer
- Leading, training and mentoring your team of 7+
- Stock management including ordering, visual merchandising, stocktake and managing all shrinkage.
