**Gas & Gear Supervisor**

A front-end customer facing role requiring people management skills.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Responsible for supervising a Gas and Gear retail outlet
- You will be responsible for motivating employees & driving accountability for the customer service targets and retail standards of a Gas & Gear store
- Driving accountability for achieving PowerZone sales targets and creating a professional environment to enhance the customer experience
- Proactively growing market share across all product groups and maximize profitability by substituting to BOC branded products
- You will actively collaborate with other departments to achieve business targets, understanding, monitoring and reporting competitor activity and market trends
- Displays visible leadership, take accountability for own and fellow employee’s safety

**What makes you great**
- You hold Minimum 3 years in a retail role, preferably in a Gas & Gear
- Required qualifications: Year 12 or equivalent
- Welding or similar trade experience desirable
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- SAP Qualifications desirable
