**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and mentor staff to foster skill growth, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous managerial experience in hospitality or retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards in food service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
