**About the Role**

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of motivated individuals and to help shape the success of the business. You will also have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven management experience in a retail environment
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with budgets and financial targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A good understanding of health & safety regulations

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets
- Manage stock levels and ensure merchandise is correctly displayed
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with H&S procedures
- Implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and improve efficiency
