**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
You will:
- analyse, query and process information from employers
- review and examine employee service records, employment history and transaction details
- ensure data is accurate and question any inconsistencies
- communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- assist and educate employers to ensure the correct information is processed and reporting requirements are met
- understand and be able to interpret the current legislative guidelines
- provide excellence in service to ensure quality client engagement.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role, you will have a keen desire to deliver an outstanding client experience. You will be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail who is motivated to review, question and interrogate data.
Your background will demonstrate your:
- excellent attention to detail and a respect for data integrity
- a natural ability to engage with clients in a positive and friendly manner
- experience processing a high volume of data with the ability to stay focused on repetitive work
- a commitment and dedication to accuracy, double-checking and reporting
- the ability to review and interpret legislative requirements
- competent computer skills, especially MS Excel, and confidence to learn new software
- discretion in relation to confidential information.
