The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Parts interpreter to join our team in Toll Equipment, located in East Rockingham, WA. This role is Monday to Friday 10.5 hrs per days and working half a day on Saturday every 3rd week.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager this role will liaise with the service department, workshop, and trade customers where you will be assisting with product advice, handling invoices daily and looking after workshop inventory management.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Interpret parts for heavy commercial trucks and trailer
- To receive and store products, components and spare parts received in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise and work collaboratively with teams to effectively coordinate parts between relevant workshops.
- Ensure that all incoming products and parts are receipted correctly and placed in a valid location
- The receivable, storage, distribution, and allocation (parts/costs to work orders) of parts and materials to carry out workshop activities.
- Manage rolling stocktake (itemisation of inventory items used per shift).
- Undertake of parts ordering and procurement via our Unibis Maintenance system

**Qualifications**:
**To be a successful applicant for this role you will need**:

- A strong background in heavy truck and trailer parts interpreting, procurement and purchasing.
- Previous experience in a stores environment managing stock on hand, rolling stock takes, stock variance, goods receipting & AP queries
- minimum three years’ experience in similar role
- Sound understanding electronic parts catalogues.
- Forklift and Open Driver’s License.
