Overview

Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Rockingham - Full Time. Provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging automotive/mechanical knowledge. Assist customers with product information and advice, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret parts
  • Process customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatch products and parts
  • Promote specials
  • Arrange buy-ins
  • Process customer credits
  • First point of contact for customers (in person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home

Note: this role will require lifting, bending and climbing.

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, solve problems, provide solutions, and apply sales techniques. Our customers benefit from strong relationships and exceptional service.
