Computer Technician / IT Support - Junior

We are a small northern beaches-based IT Company located in Brookvale. We offer repairs, products, and professional IT solutions to businesses.
Your role:

- Provide professional support and advice to Home and Business users.
- Accurately diagnose and repair desktop and laptop PCs (Instore and Onsite)
- Design and build new PCs and solutions for clients.
- Provide advice and best practice to clients regarding
- Cyber Security and keeping themselves safe online.
- Provide remote support to Home and Business users.

**Requirements**:

- Full Time
- Must be either studying or have completed a minimum of Cert 2/3 in IT or equivalent.
- Must be reliable and able to work autonomously, as you will be required to work alone on occasion
- Must have a valid work permit
This is a great entry-level position for someone with a passion for IT, who is looking for an opportunity to expand their knowledge and be challenged by something new every day.
Support and training will be provided for staff who are keen to further develop their skills.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brookvale, NSW 2100: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
