You'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities and a range of employee benefits including competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling. **Our Vision**: - **"To facilitate and promote the inclusion and mutual responsibility of people with support needs within their chosen community."**_ **What you'll be doing** - Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks - Facilitate engaging and meaningful community participation, social activities, and recreational pursuits - Provide a high level of personalised care and support tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences - Advocate for client rights and ensure their wellbeing and safety - Maintain detailed client records and documentation **What we're looking for** - Previous experience in a similar role supporting individuals with disabilities or in the aged care sector - A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) (ability to obtain) - Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (yellow card) (ability to obtain) - First aid certification (ability to obtain) - NDIS required training Modules Free and Easy to obtain. - Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance - Smart Phone **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $36.00 - $53.04 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Public holidays - Shift work - Weekend availability Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
