Well-remunerated, senior Risk & Governance role with a leading international bank. This is a highly visible role so exceptional communication skills are required. The role of the Risk Governance Officer is to provide high quality support to C suite in Australia and NZ. You will provide sound advice regarding prudential regulations, maintaining Risk Management Framework and administer the Risk Governance Committee.

**You must be able to think on your feet, have a sound understanding regarding prudential regulation, familiar with CPS 220 framework and be able to hold a dialogue with multiple stakeholders on multiple issues.**

**You**:

- Sound understanding regarding prudential and APRA regulatory requirements
- 10 Years Risk AND/OR Compliance experience within Financial Services
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle tasks & work on conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated experience in preparing management reports to Boards and Committees
- Familiar with CPS 220 framework,
