We currently have exciting openings for Container Unloading Crew members to join our Sydney Team. Work is located in **Fairfield, Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek areas and surrounding suburbs.** The role offers competitive pay, with the potential for higher earnings through hourly rate of $30.93 plus a productivity bonus based on the container rate. If needed, we can assist you in obtaining your forklift license, and we're dedicated to staff retention and supporting long-term careers within our organisation. Key Responsibilities:

- Manual unloading of products from shipping containers onto pallets.
- Handling repetitive loads weighing up to 25kg.
- Utilising shrink wrap to secure palletised goods.
- Safe operation of forklifts for unloading palletised goods using container ramps.
- Using forklifts to attach container ramps to shipping containers.

Above all, the right attitude is paramount in this role. While prior experience as a laborer or forklift operator is advantageous, we value proactive and self-motivated individuals with a can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. Punctuality and the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential qualities. Safety-conscious individuals who adhere to strict warehouse safety protocols and possess good literacy and numeracy skills are highly sought after.

In addition, you should have:

- A valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-capped boots and a high-visibility shirt.
- A current high-risk forklift license (if you don't already have one, we will assist you in obtaining it).
