MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Reporting and analysing internal/ external data, based on current trends and patterns.
- Provide effective leadership and coaching to team members in alignment with the values and strategic objectives.
- Manage the competency of team members to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Creation of purchase orders for inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify new business opportunities to improve operating procedures and processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and housekeeping to best practice standards.
- Communicating with suppliers and contract negotiations, developing a strategic relationship with key suppliers, and ensuring procurement procedures are adhered to.
- Leading tender processes with supplies.
- Being a point of contact for related issues with the logistics of materials and aligning expectations between internal and external supply chain.
- Liaise with internal and external customers regarding shipping and delivery of products.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety practices.

SKILLS & EXPEREINCE:
Qualifications: Must have related qualifications in Management Consultant - MBA

Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience

Skills: Good communication and presentation skills.

The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Have good attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
