**Full-Time Opportunity: Mainly Afternoon Shift (Mon - Thur)**

**Your Role**

**You’ll**:
**Lead Membership Growth**:

- Build relationships through community outreach, referrals, and strategic opportunities.
- Conduct inspiring sales consultations and gym tours to exceed sign-up targets.
- Develop innovative seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns.

**Enhance Member Experience**:

- Foster deep connections with members to support them in achieving their fitness goals.
- Elevate the gym experience with exceptional customer service and personalised attention.
- Implement retention strategies, including feedback loops and service follow-ups.

**Oversee Operations & Collaboration**:

- Manage daily operations with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring the gym runs seamlessly.
- Drive team success through engaging meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Be a creative force behind marketing efforts and in-gym content.

**You are**:

- **Passionate about Fitness and Leadership**: Your goal is to inspire growth—personally and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Cert 3 and/or Cert 4 in Fitness (required)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (required)
- Proven skills in sales, marketing, and operations.

Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
