**How will I help?**

The Head of Enterprise Testing is responsible for delivering business value through managing the design, development and delivery of quality testing outcomes for nominated Business Units across the Westpac Group.

You will be accountable for leading the delivery and implementation of the Enterprise Quality Services' test methodology, disciplines and processes using associated best practices across Enterprise Testing Services.

A key deliverable will be building Quality Engineering Platform as a Service to operate at an Enterprise scale. You will align and integrate the Enterprise Quality Services teams into a new Line of Business operating model which has been rolled out across the business divisions.

**What do I need?**
- Significant experience leading and supporting a large testing team that delivers multiple, enterprise-wide projects within a large, complex organisation
- Prior experience implementing Agile methodology
- Demonstratable experience with Quality Engineering and automated testing
- A strong commitment to Risk & Controls, Governance, and adherence to Policy & Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various levels of stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in modern technology transformation will be highly regarded
