**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Group General Manager - Showers, an opportunity has become available for the newly created role of **General Manager, Showers**.

You will manage, influence and lead the Showers business within the region, with 75+ employees, 3 sites (Yatala, Maroochydore, Coffs Harbour) + 3 showrooms. You will plan, implement, and control the business strategies and activities, to achieve the people, safety, customer, and performance targets for the group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the JELD-WEN way, you will develop, implement, and execute the group strategy to deliver the overall business
- Build and execute engagement strategies that make JELD-WEN a place where associates want to work
- Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance
- Manage the sales operations through developing and implementing the business unit's strategic sales plan
- Manage the business using the JELD-WEN JEM operations model so that the operations are performed both effectively and efficiently
- Continuously improve the business in line with the JELD-WEN group strategy
- Safeguard the company's financial and physical assets
