We are currently looking for **_Casual Community Support Workers_** to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our client's lives in **Sutherland NSW & Surrounds which include but are not limited to: _Cronulla, Kirrawee & St George area._**
- _**Applicants must be able to travel to surrounding locations with a minimum of 30 mins travel.**_
- _**Shifts are in-home independent living support, we offer full day shifts and night shifts. **_
- _**Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 full days per week.**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Manager
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**Employment Conditions**:

- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- must be willing to travel
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- Working With Children Check (NSW) Or NDIS Workers Check
- National Police Certificate or NDIS Workers Check
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone

**_*Successful applicants must be able to supply evidence of compliance with any Public Health Orders applicable, including evidence of both COVID19 Vaccinations + Booster*_**

**What We Offer**:

- Base rate of $38.08- $41.54 Per Hour (Including 25% Casual Loading) pending experience and qualifications.
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.
- Prioritize work/life balance.
- Supportive and knowledgeable management team
- 1- day informative induction training.
- Buddy shifts and handovers with managers prior to commencing allocated shifts.
