**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Work as the Digital Engineering Lead on a variety of projects
- Develop DE Execution Plans including software selections, CDE management, information requirements and data management
- Lead multi-discipline design coordination on complex projects
- Assisting the team in training and development of junior staff and providing guidance to engineering teams

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for from you?**
- Minimum of 12 years' experience working in drafting, design and digital management for civil infrastructure projects
- Extensive experience managing projects using AutoCAD, 12D, Projectwise, Navisworks, Revizto, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced Diploma/associate degree in civil engineering design or similar qualification
