**About the Role**

The Orientation Lead drives and fosters learning development for staff within their respective sites. This role ensures the efficient, effective and consistent delivery and facilitation of our Welcome Journey for new starters and will also include the following:

- Facilitate the orientation program for new starters in your region
- Provide support and participate in the development of staff
- Travel between Central Coast, Paramatta and Hunter in Bolton Clarke vehicle

**To be successful**
- Demonstrated knowledge and expensive experience working as a coach, mentor or facilitator capacity
- Ability to employ an education and development approach, with the aim to assisting employees
- Ability to develop and design approaches to suit individual requirements
- Ability to take the lead and drive results for successful onboarding outcomes
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independentl

**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or progress towards the qualification or experience in similar role
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- NSW driver’s licence
- 2024 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
