**About the role**

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living services during an exciting time of immense opportunity and growth This position will be responsible for the overall operational management and growth of our SIL services, leading a team of professionals.

This is a Permanent Full-time Position. The role is based in Pennant Hills (Work From Home option may be considered), however will require travel to the sites of our SIL services within the Diocese of Broken Bay. We currently have services located on the Northern Beaches, with plans to open more in the near future.

**Duties**
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders
- Maintain and build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Lead and implement business development strategies, promoting expansion and growth
- Commitment and oversight of Program budget
- Management and Financial reporting, as required

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications to degree level and / or extensive social, community and disability services industry experience
- Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting and financial management experience.
- Proven experience successfully leading, coaching and developing others.
- Significant experience in Project Management and business expansion.
- NSW Driver’s Licence and Insured vehicle
