About the Role
As an NFR Process & Solutions Manager in the Australia Commercial Business Governance and Assurance team, you will play a key role in supporting the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Commercial

What will your day look like?
**As an NFR Process & Solutions Manager, you will**:
Support the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Commercial by delivering E2E process mapping & in system configuration of the division’s operations with key dependency, risk and control overlays.
Document important operations and their dependencies, supporting the divisional operational enablement team to create credible BCPs and setting tolerances for disruption.
Organise and facilitate workshops for the identification of critical operations and important operations, dependencies, disruption scenarios, tolerances and BCP data points.
Document outcomes of workshops, data analysis and review, development of relevant supporting procedures and frameworks and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Developing solutions (process and tools) to support Australia Commercial teams in adopting a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management
What will you bring?

Demonstrated ability to undertake qualitative, quantitative and desktop research to uncover actionable insights that can improve solutions and identify new opportunities.
Experience with process architecture, business continuity, risk and third-party management.
Confidence in the use of data to investigate and inform decision making
