**The Venue**:
Brighton's most exciting new venue is evolving on Level 3 of **Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach**. We are excited to bring you on our journey, launching an expansive experience including multiple bars, food offerings, beach club and cabanas.

**Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach** is a premium 4.5-star resort style hotel set atop the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and is on track to be one of the best food & beverage, accommodation & event venues in NSW.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for passionate **Bartenders** who take pride in their craft and know that great drinks are just the beginning of a great guest experience. At the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach, you’ll work with premium products and an extensive beverage list, from hand-crafted cocktails to carefully curated wines and beers. You’ll be part of a talented team dedicated to precision, creativity, and service excellence in Brighton's most exciting venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers, to the highest standard
- Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience
- Maintain impeccable bar presentation, restocking and replenishing supplies proactively
- Uphold compliance with RSA requirements, ensuring responsible service at all times
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver seamless and efficient service during busy periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
- Support the overall cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the bar area

**About You**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required
- Extensive beverage knowledge and cocktail making experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of customers
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Weekend availability is essential
- A valid RSA

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour
