**Description**

Followmont Transport is seeking a Pallet Control Administrator to join our team in Newcastle, NSW on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our pallet control system, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining accurate pallet inventory records and reconciling pallet counts
- Coordinating the movement and storage of pallets within the warehouse
- Processing pallet requisitions and allocations to meet customer demands
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners to resolve pallet-related issues
- Generating reports and analysing pallet data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the warehouse team

**Qualifications**

**What we're looking for**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Previous experience in a similar pallet control or logistics administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
