**Casual Florist (Tues-Sat)**

We’re mainly an **e-commerce flower business**, but we also run a busy Melbourne shop - and we’re on the lookout for someone who can do a little bit of both. You’ll be supporting our Melbourne team with general customer enquiries, while also assisting in our shop with making flower arrangements, deliveries, and day-to-day running.

If you’re a **florist** this role is perfect for you - you’ll get to work with fresh blooms daily while also flexing your admin and customer service skills. No two days will look the same, so we need someone adaptable, upbeat, and ready to dive in wherever needed.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting our team of florists with making and creating our daily Posies
- Chatting with customers in-store and helping them find the perfect bunch (bonus points if you can upsell with a smile)
- Styling and keeping our retail space looking gorgeous
- Handling customer enquiries with kindness and confidence
- The odd flower market run or flower delivery (driver’s licence essential)
- Being the right-hand to our Melbourne manager

**About you**:

- A natural people-person with great communication skills
- Someone who can think on their feet and roll with a busy day
- Sales-savvy with an eye for detail and design
- Comfortable flying solo on shifts
- **Floristry experience is necessary**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
