About the Role

Join our team of Packaging Quality Coordinators at our Australian pharmaceutical manufacturing plant

This is a full-time, permanent position working at our Carole Park site in Ipswich.

Main Duties- Manage and facilitate proposed corrective actions/preventative actions as agreed with the Packaging Shift Manager/Packaging Manager and other on-site Managers as required- Identify, define and resolve problems as they arise with the ability to positively respond to the changing environment- Review internally generated Packaging Deviation Reports to ensure that appropriate preventative actions are implemented- Respond to all internal and external product queries

**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the output of the team by sharing information on quality defect findings and ensure effective control measures are implemented- Provide consistent, reliable and accurate customer service to internal and external stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Technical Diploma or equivalent- Experience conducting root cause analysis- The ability to write clear, factual, and well-structured reports that describe and analyse a situation or problem, making recommendations for future actions
