**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role you will be working Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) and have the option to work remotely or from one of our branches across Australia.
- Your key responsibilities will include:_
- Providing friendly customer service to inbound callers and providing answers to their questions
- Listening and understanding our customer’s needs
- Data entry - taking notes and using the platforms to keep a record
- Complaint handling, admin and info or, buyer queries
- Collaborating with the wider marketing and innovation team
- Contributing to the development of processes.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent phone manner
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to source accurate information quickly and effectively to resolve customer requests
- Self-motivated, driven and customer-centric
- Available between hours of 8 am - 8 pm
- Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
