- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- We’re looking for a talented an experienced Media Planning & Trading Account Manager with a strong foundation in traditional media buying, client servicing, and campaign tracking, ideally with the combined specialised expertise in the automotive sector.
- You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, detail-oriented and have a pragmatic approach to things. We’re looking for someone who can think critically and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- You’ll be the go-to for developing and executing integrated media strategies across TV, radio, OOH, and digital platforms, while managing branded content projects from concept to delivery. Adept at leveraging digital tools and platforms—including programmatic, social, and search—you’ll drive performance and deliver measurable results. Our ideal person is known for strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and has a hands-on approach to campaign optimisation and reporting.

- WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE?- Support the Director in driving strategic thinking and connecting media implementation to consumer insights.
- Lead end-to-end media planning and trading across all channels, ensuring rigour and accuracy throughout the process.
- Champion best practice in media negotiation, buying, and implementation within the team.
- Help foster a high-performing, proactive team culture that values innovation and accountability.
- Oversee team WIPs, manage workflow allocation, and escalate key issues as needed.
- Lead the development of media plans from strategy through to execution, ensuring clear alignment to client goals.
- Manage key client relationships, delivering high-quality, insight-driven work and campaign reporting.
- Identify commercial opportunities and support the growth of client investment beyond the brief.
- Mentor junior team members, overseeing training, development, and performance tracking.
- Stay on top of industry trends and actively share relevant insights with the wider team.- WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS?- Experience: Media Planning & Trading: 3+ years (preferred)
- Strong client and media relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and lead conversations
- Deep understanding of all media channels and proven ability to turn channel strategies into actionable and effective media plans.
- Advanced negotiation and media buying skills, with strong knowledge of the local media landscape.
- Confidence using tools like SMI to analyse trends and inform trading strategies.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and managing workloads across a team.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
