Cafe Manager

**Position**: Café Manager

Are you passionate about coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Café Manager to join our team at Hideout Signature Café.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Manage and train café staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Create and maintain an efficient workflow while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring an exceptional café experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in café management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
