**Dalekit** is a thriving medium-sized company, who believes in equal opportunity for all employees and has become known for our full awning and retractable roof system range as well as becoming one of the biggest awning manufacturers in Australia.

Due to our continued growth we are looking for someone enthusiastic and energetic with a positive outlook to add to our team. The role is fast paced and requires physical work using small powered hand tools, like drills. You will be working with a small competent team and will be required to work autonomously to achieve daily targets.

**About the role**:
Ideally you will have previous experience in product assembly.

Your **key responsibilities** will include:

- Follow job sheet instructions accurately
- Assembly of awnings
- Ensure quality control standards and production deadlines are met
- Conduct yourself in a professional and safe manner at all times
- Maintain work areas and equipment
- Some heavy lifting required
- Other general duties as required

**Specific Requirements**:

- Proven experience in product assembly required
- Ability to use hand tools like drills and rivet guns competently
- Basic math skills to determine accurate measurements of items
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Safety Conscious
- Good physical strength and stamina as moderate (10-15kgs) lifting is occasionally required
- Current National Police Check or willing to undergo background check for final consideration
- Australian work rights

Information you should know:

- Job is Full Time 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 1:30pm Fridays
- Based in South Windsor

**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
