The Role

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

The primary role of a Process Worker is to operate blow moulding machines, ensuring the quality and output of bottles for supply and packaging while adhering to approved procedures, quality standards, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities- Bagging, debagging and palletising empty bottles- Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met, including conducting quality checks- Basic machine monitoring (e.g. unjamming, maintain machine standards, etc)- Recording and reporting of production and capturing data, including downtime- Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

About you- Experience in a manufacturing/warehousing environment (Desired)- Basic mechanical knowledge is highly regarded- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn- Self-starter, able to operate independently- Good Problem-Solving Skills
