**About the Opportunity**

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion for aged care to make a difference to their lives. As a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team.

On offer is a permanent part time position as After Hours Supervisor with shifts available Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
- Previous Aged care experience
- Experience working as an After-hours supervisor is highly desirable
- Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
