**Lead the Future of Palletised Express at TGE**

As GM, you'll lead the strategy, operations, and performance of our national Palletised Express network — driving results, developing teams, and shaping the next stage of growth for a key pillar of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of the Palletised Express division, including linehaul, depot operations, customer experience, and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Champion a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, HR, and Network Planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on development, accountability, and results.
- Ensure full compliance with national transport regulations and company policies

**About You**
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within freight, transport, or logistics — ideally with palletised freight or express transport exposure.
- Strong understanding of national transport networks, cost structures, and operational levers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex operations at scale.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving margins.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
